Have you ever imagined going on a safari in the mesmerizing silence of Mesr desert? As the weather cools down, this picturesque desert attracts numerous eco-tourists and those who love 4×4 adventures. Mesr desert is located near the eponymous village in Isfahan province, engulfed by the great salt desert. This pleasant oasis provides the visitors with countless activities such as hiking, taking photographs, riding camels and all-terrain vehicles, cycling and spending the night under cloudless skies and stargazing.
Day 1
We will depart Tehran at 10PM for the village of Mesr, we will reach the residence at 7AM.
After breakfast, we will visit the village of Garmeh (Garmeh is an oasis located in the central desert of Iran, (known as Dasht-e-Kavir in Persian). Garmeh is in east of Isfahan Province, and located at south of the Khur). Then will visit Doctor Fish stream and come back to the residence afterwards.
After resting and having lunch we’ll head to the salt lake for the afternoon to watch the beautiful scenery and awe-inspiring sunset in this place, then we’ll visit the salt waterfall of Khur.
In nightfall, we’ll be stargazing whilst sitting next to fire in the middle of the desert and celebrate.
Day 2
After breakfast we will head for the desert of sand dunes and after enjoying walking on the warm sand of the desert, we can have fun riding ATVs or Off road vehicles on the smooth sand and over sand dunes.
We’ll head back to residence after lunch and then enjoy riding a Camel or bicycle in the desert and watching the sun set over the horizon.
Heading back to Tehran (This plan can be done from the beginning using off-road vehicles).
