Hayqer Canyon:
Many have compared the Hayqer canyon to the grand canyon in the united states and talked about their similarities. It is located 35 kilometers from Firuzabad and it is 8 meters long. Qare aqaj and Firuzabad rivers flow in the canyon, which will finally flow into the Persian Gulf.
The stone walls of this canyon have taken the form of tiny steps because of erosion and made the canyon even more breathtaking. It is not possible to stay the night in the canyon, therefore, tourists have to stay in Firuzabad.
Give yourself the gift of standing on top of Hayqer canyon and listening to the echoes of the birds singing.

The Palace of Ardashir Pāpakan with 1800 years of history:
It is a castle located on the slopes of the mountain in Firuzabad, on which Qal’eh Dokhtar is situated and is an Iranian national heritage. Built in 224 AD by King Ardashir I of the Sassanian Empire, it is located two kilometers north of the ancient city of Gor.
This ancient city has circular urban planning, which was the style of the sassanian empire.
The ancient palace of Ardashir is near a village called Atashkadeh (fire temple). Some people believe that this complex was not a palace, but a monumental and important fire temple.
