White water rafting has become a popular entertaining sport throughout the world and although Iran is located in an arid climate, truth is, you can go rafting on lots of rivers in this beautiful country. Among those, we can mention Armand River in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, one of the most popular rivers in Iran suitable for adventurous rafting with a difficulty level between 2 to 4. The rafting course runs about 20 kilometers and your journey takes 4 to 5 hours to end. Kashkan River, another popular rafting spot, is among the most flooding rivers in Lorestan province and covers almost a third of its area. The restless crashing waves of this river invite the adventurers to leave their troubles behind and engage in rafting and kayaking with friends.

River Rafting in Iran is becoming a popular water sport. In Iran also there are many rivers suitable for rafting which even attract foreign tourists. Spring is the recommended season for rafting in Iran.
We’ll head for Loerstan in the evening at 11PM. We’ll arrive in the morning and after having breakfast we’ll travel for Lordegan. After learning primary instructions and safety measures, we’ll dress up and head for the river. Our rafting will be over by 2 PM. On our way back we’ll visit Siah Chador and enjoy the eye-catching scenery. We’ll spend the night at tourist residence and local homes.
After visiting the Bazaar we will head for the town of Boldaji to visit the incredible Choghakhor Lagoon (Choghakhor is a lagoon spreading over an area about two thousand and three hundred kilometers, Depth of this lagoon is less than three meters. Some activities that have been possible because of Choghakhor Lagoon are climbing, bird watching, fishing, boating, biking and photography.).
